Diet:
During the breakout, you have to become a vegetarian. Eat green and brightly colored fruits and vegetables.
Avoid sugar because sugar feeds the virus and suppress the immune system. stay away from greasy foods, alcohol, and tobacco.

Lemon Balm:
This herb has been shown to have an impact on the HSV virus; this is the lemon balm leaf form. When you have an outbreak boil in hot water to make a tea and drink daily, discontinue when the signs of the outbreak are gone.

Lemon balm leaf:
This lemon balm is in the pill form 450 mg. Take 2-4 daily on the early onset of the outbreak and discontinue once the outbreak has dissipated.
Vitamin C:
If you use the right vitamin c it can keep almost any virus in check. We’re big proponents of liposomal vitamin c. The body only absorbs 20 % of vitamin c in the pill form, but it absorbs 80% of the liposomal form. Take 3-4 packs a day from the onset until the end of the outbreak.
Lomatium root :
A lot of Master Herbalist considers this root the best Antiviral herb on the Planet. Boil in hot water and drink daily from onset to finish.
L-Lysine:
When the onset begins take 1000 mg 3-4 times daily, L-lysine has been shown to inhibit the herpes virus.
Colloidal silver:
is reported to be highly effective at killing bacterial, fungal, and viral infections. Put a few drops 2-4 times daily on the effective area.
Propolis:
Propolis is considered by many master herbalists to be antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Hyssops:
You can find the herb hyssop mentioned on numerous occasions. It’s been used for centuries for cleansing the blood against the plague and ailments like it.
Sea Moss:
Sea Moss contains compounds that act as a natural antimicrobial and antiviral agents, helping to get rid of infections.
