Do you suffer from epididymitis or diverticulitis, or even both? Were you given antibiotics only for your pain to leave and then come right back? Then you were exactly like me. I was taking so many antibiotics that it gave me an enlarged prostate, but lucky for me, I accidentally cured myself, and in the post, I’m going to show you how. So let me start at the beginning. I’m starting to have stomach pains then testicular pains out of nowhere. Now here is when I should have gone to see a doctor, but I pushed it off to see if it would disappear. One month went to two months until one day I looked up and almost a year went by. the pains were starting to become unbearable, and it got to the point where I couldn’t sleep, watch a movie or enjoy life. It felt like all I wanted to do was be in a bed in a feeble position. and then something happened that gave me a sense can beat this thing. 

                                      Accident number 1: “RAMADAN,”

. Now I didn’t eat this diet to fight the diverticulitis and epididymitis I ate just because I wanted the first thing I ate to be something healthy. But what I noticed was that the pain became very mild, and it wasn’t as debilitating as I was used to. Towards the end of Ramadan, the pain was getting better and better, and once Ramadan was over, I was no longer fasting, and I started eating all the bad foods, and yes, the pain started to worsen, and now I’m back to square one, so I put that sticky note and attached to my brain accident number one fasting and when you break-fast you need to eat certain foods.

                                       Accident number two: exercise

so while struggling with my health, I said, you know what? I should try and exercise for better health. Every time I exercised, I didn’t feelany pain; It was only when I was stationary and a lazy couch potato that the pain became debilitating. While it is true that exercise increases endorphins, it also increases many other brain chemicals that make you feel happy. “When you exercise, you release endorphins, dopamine, adrenaline, and endocannabinoids, which are all brain chemicals related to feeling happy, capable, confident, and feeling less anxiety and stress.

Exercise is also proven to help some people with depression, which could be because exercise stimulates nerve cell growth in the brain. So then I asked myself, what if I combined exercise with fasting? Let’s give it a try and see what happens.

                                        Accident number three: Probiotics

my next step into my evolution to overall health was focusing on my gut health. I wanted to see if I gave my immune system a boost or help from good bacteria. What kind of effect will that have? I always tell people the gut is where your immune system is, and I consider this system to be your second brain. All food is ultimately broken down in the gut into a form that can enter the bloodstream and be delivered as nutrients throughout the body. However, this is only possible if our digestive system is healthy.                                    Accident number four: liquid gold

while serving in the army, I distinctly remember a friend who told me how they use a lot of vitamin IV in Germany, which is considered extremely beneficial.
